First, mold structure

Third, mold manufacturing process
1. Machining: including milling, turning, EDM, etc. These processing methods can produce various parts of the mold.
2. Electric discharge machining: For some complex shape mold parts, the method of electric discharge machining can be used for processing.
3. Wire cutting processing: Wire cutting processing can produce high-precision mold parts.
4. Mold assembly: Assemble the processed mold parts, debug the performance of the mold, and ensure that the mold can work normally.
